This block of deluxe rooms has its own swimming pool for both adults and children, and also a conference / banqueting hall.
SEA VIEW DECK
This well equipped hall has a view of the beach and is big enough for conferences of upto 200ppl, theatre style. It is available for private functions. to suit the customer. Choice of both Indian and Continental menu are available. In addition, all equipment required for conference is available, e.g P.A.System, Flip Charts, Projectors, Videos etc.
BEACH VILLAS
These Villas consist each of two bedroom single storey houses situated in lush lovely garden facing the ocean. Each air conditioned bedroom has an en suite shower and toilet. The Villas are equipped with its own kitchen, and a spacious living area opening on to a garden terrace and the sea.
ROUNDAVELS
These two bedroom apartments, detached two storey buildings are fully furnished. Each apartment has two air conditioned bedrooms with en-suite shower and toilet, a large living room with added facilities of telephone and television showing some of the most popular channels, and an equipped kitchen. Spacious balconies facing the swimming pool, which is for the exclusive use of the apartment guests. The roundavels are surrounded by a beautiful tropical garden, giving the atmosphere of a small village.

These one bedroom air conditioned apartments include an attached shower and toilet and an equipped kitchen. Each room has a spacious balcony facing yet another swimming pool set in its own lush green gardens.
